ScoreRoll

America's Daily Scorecard

Last updated: May 15, 2026

The Short Version

ScoreRoll does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store any personal information about you. There are no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising.

What Happens on Your Device

When you open ScoreRoll, the app fetches public Major League Baseball schedule, score, standings, and leader data from the MLB Stats API (statsapi.mlb.com) and editorial recap imagery from MLB's static content service (mlbstatic.com). These requests carry no identifying information beyond the standard headers any web request includes.

The app may cache the most recent successful response in the app's private storage on your device so the front page still renders if you open it offline. This cache lives only on your device, is never transmitted, and is removed when you delete the app.

What We Do Not Do

We do not use third-party analytics, crash reporters, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. We do not request your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any system-level permissions. We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track.

Children

ScoreRoll is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third-Party Trademarks

ScoreRoll is an unofficial, independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, or any MLB club. All team names, logos, marks, and player likenesses displayed within the app are the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational and editorial purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, the "Last updated" date above will move and a corresponding note will appear in a future app release.
